Avren Events has announced its Femtocells World Summit, scheduled for June 23-25 in London. The conference will feature 12 high-level operator keynote presentations, four leading industry analyst presentations, more than 20 exhibits revealing the latest femtocell solutions, and exclusive 3GPP endorsement for femtocell events. Also, the show will offer standards updates from 3GPP, 3GPP2, the Femto Forum, the Broadband Forum, and the WiMAX Forum.

The conference will feature two new integrated events as well. The Femtocell Applications Live Showcase, scheduled for June 23 from 6 to 8 p.m., will bring together the latest examples of femtocell services from vendors and operators, illustrating how these services will enhance the digital home and enrich the consumer experience. The Femto Forum Femtocells Awards, which will take place after the conference gala dinner on June 24, are open to everyone involved in femtocell development and will recognize outstanding achievement in and contributions too femtocell technology.

The program will offer several sets of key sessions: “WiFi or Femtocells or Both?” “Bringing Femtocells to Market,” “Regulatory, Standards and Public Policy,” “Femtocells Beyond CDMA/WCDMA,” “Femtocell Applications & Services,” “Femtocells in the Enterprise and Public Spaces,” and “Femtocell Components and Pricing.” Each track will look at three to eight individual topics, with keynote speakers highlighting particular areas like the consumer experience and standards.
