This is an update on the status of the FLO TV system of mobile handset video. This is a service available on selected handsets from both AT&T and Verizon. FLO TV is a broadcast TV service where the video is not delivered over the cellular network. FLO TV is based on Qualcomm wireless technology who makes the receiver chip.
